A real pack, redacted
This is the exact nine-section pack you get, built on a sample Carrier compressor job. Names and serials are invented, the structure is not. What you buy is this document, filled with your job's facts, ready to paste into your portal.

Section 5 — Diagnosis Narrative
Built only from the tech's recorded facts on WO-8841. Nothing inferred, nothing invented.
"On arrival 07/24/2026, unit not cooling. Compressor attempts start, trips on internal overload after approximately 8 seconds. Measured locked rotor amps 118A against RLA 16.7A on nameplate. Run capacitor tested 44.6 uF against 45 uF rating, within tolerance. Contactor points intact, coil energizes at 24V. Windings megged at 0.4 megohm to ground, below acceptable threshold, indicating winding insulation failure to ground. Diagnosis: compressor grounded windings, internal electrical failure. Replaced compressor and filter drier on 07/28/2026, pulled vacuum to 350 microns, recharged to nameplate subcooling. Unit operating within specification at departure."

Section 8 — Submit Checklist (one sitting, about 10 minutes)
- 1.Log in to ServiceBench with your own dealer credentials. We never have them.
- 2.Confirm your account number matches your CE invoice with the -00/-01/-02 suffix stripped.
- 3.Open a new parts claim; paste Section 3 fields top to bottom.
- 4.Select the defect code from the dropdown that matches the diagnosis (winding failure to ground).
- 5.Paste Section 5 into the diagnosis field verbatim.
- 6.Attach P-01, P-02, P-03, P-06, P-07.
- 7.Leave the Hold and Credit Card boxes unchecked; they delay payment.
- 8.Submit, save the claim number, and forward it to desk@warrantyprep.com so we can track adjudication with you.
9
Section 9 — Denial / Resubmit Addendum
If this claim bounces, the likely reasons and moves:
- More information requested: usually the diagnosis or a photo. Reply with the exact measurement lines from Section 5; do not paraphrase.
- Part number mismatch: re-check the invoice string against the portal entry character for character; correct and resubmit inside the same 90-day window.
- Registration dispute: attach P-07 and the original install invoice if the homeowner has it.
Clock note: a denial does not reset the 90 days. Resubmission must still land inside the original window, so treat any bounce as same-week work. If a bounce arrives, forward it as-is to desk@warrantyprep.com; the addendum response is covered by your original $149.
